Survival In Woods

Justin took Carter out into the woods to learn some survival techniques. Carter learned how to use a compass, first aid, common trees and insects, and knife safety. While they were out they walked across a tree over water, found some sea shells, they drew things on a paper that they saw so they would remember how to get back.

Ronald McDonald

Carter's teacher sent us more pictures. Here, Ronald McDonald came to visit them at school.

Fire Prevention

Fire prevention week was so much fun for the kids. Fire fighters came and showed them what to do if there was a fire. Looks to me they are doing a fantastic job!

Opry Mills Mall

Today we went to the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. We stopped in Build-A-Bear and the kids each made their own stuffed animal. Carter made Frosty The Snow Man, and Aralynn made a monkey. Here they are giving their new friends a bath.

Glow Golf

At the mall, the boys played Glow Golf. (Carter is standing in front of Justin)

Carter and Aralynn all dress up for the Halloween party.

Halloween Party

This is 1-32CAV Halloween party. Aralynn was afraid to dig in the sand full of the ring spiders, and Carter got an apple on the first try. We also went into a haunted house, but shortly after walking in, we ran out. =)

Kiss Me!

Fall Day

This beautiful fall day was perfect to go out and play in the leaves.

Carter's Fundraiser

Carter is doing a fundraiser for school. Giving everyone a heads up that he will be calling people tonight and probably tomorrow. Please, don't feel like you have to buy anything if you don't want to.
Just to give you an idea, there are: 12 different cookies, chocolates, wrapping paper, recipe books, candles, magazines, sausage, cheese, books for kids (would be cute christmas gifts), charm jewlery, socks, flowers, calenders, cheesecake, and a few other little things.
All orders and money are due the 16th.
